I wanted to let everyone know if you’re looking for an insurance policy this is the place to call. I spoke with Kirsten and basically within days my insurance was transferred for a lot less than my past policies. The customer service is excellent. Dick’s was referred to me by a friend who has been with them for many years. I’m so happy I chose them. You can’t go wrong so give them a call. It’s worth it!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service I recently received from Todd. My car was involved in a hit and run over a weekend and Todd was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, even answering all of my questions outside of regular business hours. The team at Dick Insurance Agency is incredibly knowledgeable and the customer service is unmatched. They’re genuinely dedicated to making sure you’re taken care of. They even handle RMV visits, saving you hours of frustration and having to waste an entire day waiting in line. Best in the game!

I am so thankful to have found Lucretia here! She is always available and quick to answer when I have an issue or question. She made switching insurance for my mom a breeze and I couldn't have done it with out her! I have never received better service at an insurance agency than I have here.
