Kirsten serves as Personal Lines Manager for Dick Insurance Agency, leading a dedicated team of customer service representatives. Prior to joining DIA, she earned her undergraduate degree from Framingham State University and went on to complete a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. During her time at Framingham State, Kirsten was a member of the Rams softball team and was named team captain her senior year.
Outside the office, Kirsten remains deeply involved in her community as the head coach of the Tewksbury Memorial High School softball program. She enjoys spending summers on the Cape with her family, catching up with friends, and working on her golf game. While she proudly considers Tewksbury home, she currently resides in Woburn, Massachusetts.
